This aluminum steamer set is made with a combination of both stainless steel and aluminum.
Crafted with an aluminum body that makes the heat dissipate faster so when touching the steamer it won’t be as hot as the stainless steel steamers.

[Durable & Longer Lasting Aluminum Body]: seamless welded mode shaped structure has better support. Light weight but commercial duty. It is built to take the abuse of a commercial kitchen, this steamer is great for steaming corn, crabs or dim sum in your restaurant or cafe.
[Stainless Steel Sheet]: is not welded to the body so it can expand or shrink freely even with heavy dishes without changing the aluminum body structure. The stainless steel sheet with 1/2” holes helps let the steam through while keeping your food fresh and from falling out.
[No Handles]: means less maintenance. Steamers with handles often don’t last as long because the screws often fall out due to heavy usage during washing or handling. No handles are ideal for commercial restaurant for long lasting.
[Heat Dissipate Faster]: aluminum body provides the steamer with a faster rate for the heat to dissipate so that after steaming the food, removing the steamers won’t be as hot as other stainless steel steamer
