Not all items will qualify for returns. Customer’s remorse is not grounds for a return/refund. Approval of return requests is at the sole discretion of 1234buy.com Inc.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Customer Service via phone or email prior to return.
No items that have been used, custom manufactured or made to order (“Special Order”) may be returned.
For any exchange or return, we need the original invoice or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. Merchandise must be returned complete with all of the manufacturer's packaging and wrapped securely to protect from damage in shipping.
With approved RA, refused and returned goods will be inspected to assess condition and re-salability. Non-defective products returned for exchange or refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. Products returned in new and unopened condition will receive a full refund, less shipping charges.
The customer will be responsible for the following costs unless otherwise stated in writing by 1234buy.com Inc.
If you choose not to insure your package, and we have not received the package, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
In cases where a product is received defective, damaged in shipping, or shipped in error, 1234buy.com will arrange for return shipping. Contact Customer Service for assistance. If we agree there is a misrepresentation, we will refund only the purchase price of the merchandise upon its return to the specified return address.
Shipping charges will be deducted from any credited amount on any item that 1234buy.com has paid for return shipping because of a defective product claim which upon receipt is determined to be non-defective and in proper working order.
Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing or broken items such as manuals and/or accessories.
1234buy.com will deduct all applicable charges before issuing a refund. If return costs and fees exceed the original charges, the customer is responsible for the difference and authorizes 1234buy.com to charge his credit card.
The customer’s account will be adjusted in the amount stated by 1234buy.com once all procedures have been followed.
If the customer fails to follow these terms & conditions, there will be no credit.
For Product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the Product that you return for a refund. For products determined not to be defective or having been used in a manner against the manufacturer's recommendations or outside of normal use, no credit will be issued, and the item may be returned to you at your cost.
The customer must recognize that complexity of returns and cancellations may cause a refund to take up to two billing cycles. 1234buy.com Customer Service and Accounting staff will work hard to complete the process as quickly as possible.
